We offer a 7-day free trial when you sign up for a subscription on our app or website.
If you cancel your subscription before or after your free trial ends and sign up for a plan again, a second free trial is not offered. We only offer one free 7-day trial.
When you sign up for a trial on your Apple or Android device, you will receive an email from Apple or Google confirming the start of your free trial, the subscription plan you signed up for, and the date the trial ends.
If you signed up on our website, you will not receive a notification.
Please double-check the origin of the charge, as the charge would not have been from Instaread if you canceled before the end of the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the end of your free trial. Please ensure you cancel your trial before it ends so you do not get charged.
As per our Terms of Service, if the free trial is not canceled before it ends, you authorize us to charge you for the subscription plan you selected.

You have 30 days from the date of the payment to qualify for a refund. If you request a refund after that date, please specify why the request is late.
We don’t charge after you cancel your subscription. If you delete the app from your Apple device, that will not cancel your subscription, and you will continue to be charged. Please follow the cancellation instructions above to cancel your subscription.

To reset your password, go to instaread.co and click on Login in the top navigation menu. Click on “Reset Password” link located under the Login with Facebook option on the screen. In the app, navigate to the Login screen through the Account tab and tap on “Forgot your password?”
You will receive an email so you can create a new password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or other folders.

To cancel the Instaread Newsletter, click on the “unsubscribe” link near the bottom of the email (under the Instaread logo).
Full audiobooks are not included in your subscription. Nearly all fees make their way to the author, publisher, distributors, and payment providers.
You can use your subscription on up to 4 devices. If you subscribed with In-app Purchase on an iOS or Android device, the Apple and Google ID needs to be the same on all devices.
You do not need to pay twice. On your iOS or Android device, go into the app and try to read or listen to a title. When the pop-up to pay shows up, tap on “restore purchase” located at the end of the screen. You should now be able to access all content without paying again.

To increase the size of the type, open a title to read and then tap on the AA sign (at the bottom of the screen).
When you click or tap on a title to listen to audio, look for “Audio Speed 1x” located underneath the art.
Click or tap the play button and then click or tap on “Audio Speed 1x” to change the speed.
There is a dictionary built into the mobile app. Just tap on a word and tap “Look Up” to use it.
If you would like for us to delete all information associated with your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject "DELETE ACCOUNT". Deleting your account is an irreversible action. It will erase all of your personal data including first name, last name, username, email address, photos, payment history, app activity history as well as any and all of your information used to personalize your experience. Note that the information we collect is used to improve and personalize your user experience. We do not sell any of your information to third parties.
